Terms and Conditions

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR TICKETS TO GRANMOTORI

1. Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale of admission tickets for GranMotori – International Motoring Festival for Drivers and Dreamers (hereinafter the “Event”), organized by GranMotori S.r.l. and produced by Beit Events S.r.l. (hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Organizer”).

The purchase of an admission ticket implies the full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the official Event Regulations.

2. Admission Tickets

Admission tickets are issued in digital format and may be registered to a specific name (nominative).

The Organizer reserves the right to request the exhibition of a valid identity document at any time to verify the ownership of the admission ticket.

Each admission ticket features a unique identification code and allows for a single entry to the Event, unless otherwise provided by the specific ticket type purchased.

3. Prices and Availability

The prices of admission tickets are those published on the official sales channels.

The Organizer reserves the right to change prices, categories, availability, and included services at any time, provided that such changes will not affect purchases already finalized.

4. Conclusion of the Contract

The purchase contract is finalized upon payment of the due amount and the issuance of the relevant admission ticket.

The user is solely responsible for the correctness of the data provided during the purchase process.

5. Prohibition of Commercial Use and Ticket Scalping

The resale of admission tickets for commercial or speculative purposes without the prior written authorization of the Organizer is strictly prohibited.

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel tickets purchased or used in violation of these General Terms and Conditions, without any right to a refund.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), admission tickets relating to leisure activities with a specific date or period of performance are not subject to the right of withdrawal provided for distance contracts.

Therefore, once the purchase is finalized, admission tickets are non-refundable, except as otherwise provided by applicable laws or these General Terms and Conditions.

7. Event Program and Content

The purchase of an admission ticket grants access to the Event as a whole and not to the presence of specific guests, collectors, vehicles, exhibitions, activities, services, or contents.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend, or cancel individual activities, programs, exhibitions, guests, or services due to organizational, technical, meteorological, or security requirements, or for reasons beyond its control.

Any unavailability of specific contents or guests shall not entitle the purchaser to any refund or compensation.

8. Postponement, Suspension, or Cancellation of the Event

In the event of total cancellation of the Event attributable to the Organizer, the latter may proceed, at its sole discretion and within the limits allowed by applicable laws, to refund the nominal price of the admission ticket or to issue vouchers or replacement tickets.

  • Excluded expenses: Ancillary costs, travel expenses, accommodation, service fees, and any other expenses incurred by the visitor are strictly excluded from any refund.

  • In case of postponement: Admission tickets will remain valid for the new date announced by the Organizer.

9. Bad Weather and Meteorological Conditions

The Event takes place predominantly outdoors.

Rain, wind, heat, cold, or other ordinary weather conditions do not constitute a reason for cancellation and do not entitle the ticket holder to refunds or compensation.

10. Responsibility of the Purchaser

The purchaser is responsible for the safekeeping of their admission ticket. Lost, damaged, or improperly used tickets may not be replaced.

The Organizer is not liable for any fraudulent use of the admission ticket by third parties.

11. Right of Admission

The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny or revoke access to the Event to individuals whose behavior is deemed incompatible with the safety, image, prestige, or orderly conduct of the event.

The exercise of this right will not entitle the individual to refunds or compensation, without prejudice to mandatory rights provided by applicable legislation.

12. Privacy

Personal data will be processed in compliance with applicable European and national regulations.

For further information, please refer to the Privacy Policy available on the official channels of the Event.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation, validity, and execution of these General Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, without prejudice to the mandatory rights recognized to consumers by current regulations.
