OFFICIAL RULES OF THE GRANMOTORI EVENT


1. Organizer

GranMotori – International Motoring Festival for Drivers and Dreamers (hereinafter the “Event”) is organized by GranMotori S.r.l. and produced by Beit Events S.r.l. (hereinafter jointly the “Organizer”).

The purchase of an admission ticket and access to the Event imply full acceptance of these Regulations.


2. Date, location and opening hours

The Event will take place at Tenuta di Fiorano, Via di Fioranello 31, Rome.

Opening hours to the public will be communicated through the Event’s official channels.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify dates, times, program, content, services, and the way the event is carried out for organizational, technical, weather-related, safety reasons or in compliance with the provisions of the competent Authorities.


3. Admission tickets and access to the Estate

Access to the Tenuta di Fiorano and the Event areas is allowed exclusively to holders of a valid admission ticket. Access or staying inside the Estate without a valid admission ticket is not permitted.

Admission tickets may be nominal. The Organizer reserves the right to request at any time an identity document to verify ticket ownership or the correct use of any discounts, complimentary tickets, or concessions.

Visitors are required to keep their admission ticket for the entire duration of their stay at the Event. Unless otherwise provided by applicable law and sales conditions, tickets are non-refundable.


4. Security checks and right of admission

Access to the Event is subject to security checks carried out by authorized personnel.

The Organizer reserves the right to deny access or remove from the Event anyone who:

  • engages in unlawful behavior;

  • causes disturbance to other visitors;

  • damages goods, structures, or installations;

  • does not comply with staff instructions;

  • is in an evident state of physical or psychological alteration.

The Organizer also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or revoke access to individuals whose behavior is deemed incompatible with the safety, image, or proper running of the event, without any right to refund or compensation.


5. Prohibited items and materials

It is forbidden to bring in:

  • weapons or objects capable of causing harm;

  • explosive, flammable, or dangerous materials;

  • narcotic substances;

  • unauthorized drones;

  • high-volume audio devices;

  • food and beverages brought from outside;

  • any other item deemed incompatible with safety or the proper conduct of the Event.

Note: Documented medical needs are exempt, as well as food and beverages intended for infants and young children.


6. Vehicles and exhibited assets

Items displayed at the Event may have historical, collectible, cultural, or commercial value.

Unless otherwise indicated by the Organizer:

  • it is not allowed to touch displayed items;

  • it is not allowed to get on board vehicles;

  • it is not allowed to cross barriers or restricted areas;

  • it is not allowed to move any elements of the setup.


7. Photography and recordings

Photography and video recording are allowed exclusively for personal use. Any commercial use of images requires prior written authorization from the Organizer.

The Organizer and authorized parties may take photographs and video recordings for informational, promotional, and documentary purposes.

By participating in the Event, visitors acknowledge that they may incidentally appear in images and recordings made during the event and authorize their use within the limits permitted by applicable law, without any right to compensation.


8. Minors

All minors must be accompanied and continuously supervised by a responsible adult for the entire duration of the visit.

The Organizer assumes no responsibility for the lack of supervision by parents or accompanying adults.


9. Animals

Pets are allowed only if kept on a leash and under the constant supervision of the owner.

Owners are responsible for any damage caused to people, property, or animals.


10. Responsibility and visitor conduct

The Tenuta di Fiorano is a historic property and the Event takes place mainly outdoors, in areas characterized by dirt roads, natural surfaces, uneven terrain, dips, slopes, and rough paths.

By accessing the Event, each visitor acknowledges being aware of the nature of the location and agrees to act prudently and appropriately according to environmental conditions. The Organizer is not responsible for any falls, trips, or slips resulting from the natural characteristics of the venue, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Participation in the Event is entirely at the visitor’s own risk. Each visitor is personally responsible for any damage caused to vehicles, exhibited goods, structures, installations, vegetation, historical artifacts, or other visitors, and shall be liable for compensation.

The Organizer is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings.


11. Force majeure

In the event of extraordinary occurrences, exceptional weather conditions, health emergencies, or orders from Authorities, the Organizer may modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the Event in accordance with applicable law.


12. Accessibility

The Event takes place within a historic estate and mainly outdoors. Visitors are advised to consider the presence of dirt roads, uneven terrain, slopes, and possible natural obstacles along the paths.

People with reduced mobility or special accessibility needs are encouraged to carefully evaluate these conditions and contact the Organizer in advance for information on available services.

The Organizer does not guarantee the absence of architectural barriers or natural obstacles along all routes.


13. Program and Event content

Participation in the Event grants access to the overall event and not to the presence of specific guests, collectors, exhibits, activities, services, or content.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend, or cancel individual activities, programs, exhibitions, or guests for organizational, technical, weather-related, or safety reasons. Such changes shall not entitle participants to any refund or compensation, except as provided by applicable law.


14. Parking

Use of parking areas possibly made available to visitors is at the sole risk of users.

The Organizer assumes no responsibility for theft, damage, or events involving parked vehicles or items left inside them.


15. Intellectual property

Trademarks, distinctive signs, and other intellectual property rights present at the Event belong to their respective owners.

Any commercial use of images, trademarks, or Event content is prohibited without prior written authorization.


16. Privacy

Personal data will be processed in compliance with applicable European and national regulations.

17. Amendments to the regulations

The Organizer reserves the right to update or modify these Regulations at any time.

Any changes will be made available through the Event’s official channels.


18. Final provisions and jurisdiction

For anything not expressly provided for in these Regulations, applicable law shall apply.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or application of these Regulations shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
