The legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller in processing the data consist in the need to respect and fulfill the contractual obligations entered into between the parties. Pursuant to Art. 6, the lawfulness of processing is based on the data subject’s explicit consent, documented in writing. Mandatory or optional nature of providing data and consequences of any refusal to provide such data: providing your data is mandatory so that the Data Controller can deliver the requested services. In case of refusal, it will not be possible to complete the registration process, and the System Owner will not be able to fulfill contractual obligations.
Your personal data will be processed by the Data Controller, by any Data Processors appointed by the Data Controller, and by processing personnel who are expressly authorized. Your personal data are not subject to dissemination.
Your personal data will be retained for 10 years from the termination of the service provision/supply relationship in the electronic archives owned by Mauro Dorigo.
The Data Controller will not transfer your personal data to a third country or to an international organization.
